  • Missed Call

    I came across a topic in this webboard http://jeban.com/viewtopic.php?t=49509 about what's the record number of missed calls you have ever had or made?

    The maximum I had was around 20.  And the maximum I made was probably around 5-6 calls.  Usually I'd ring once and just wait for the person to return my call.  Or occassionally twice just in case s/he didn't hear it the first time.

    But I was so surprised to read that some women (and men) had made about 100-300 missed calls when their bf/gf don't pick up the phone. 

    Freaky.

  • Angels & Demons

    I went to see Angels & Demons yesterday and, to be honest, I didn't think it was that bad.

    Probably because... having read the reviews from RT and my not-so-pleasant experience with Da Vinci Code the movie, I did not expect anything from Angels & Demons.  Thus, it didn't turn out bad for me.  The computer-generated churches, vatican city ,and landmarks in Rome were very beautiful.

    Why did I go see it in the first place despite its 30% rating?  Simply because I have read the book a couple of times and only just recently, it's still fresh in my head

    I'm beginning to see why some people are more successful in life than others.

    One of my supervisors once told me that sometimes where you end up with (or start) your career will have a lot to do with a combination of things... timing being one of them.  The right timing... the right opportunity.

    I've always been able to indulge chocolate, cheesecake, milkshake, fries, ice cream, fried chicken, and soft drinks without having to feel guilty or worried afterward about the calories

    And maybe... just maybe... in the future, I'm going to miss such privilege

    วันเกิดครบรอบ 23 ปี เมื่ออาทิตย์ที่แล้ว ได้มีโอกาสไปใส่บาตร สวดมนต์ และ ถวายสังฆทาน ที่วัดพุทธรังษี (Wat Buddharangsee, Annandale Temple) ไปแล้วก็รู้สึกดี

    คิดว่าจะพยายามหาเวลาเข้าวัดให้บ่อยขึ้น
